When there are a lot of people, big attractions feel overpowering. We keep our flights small so that everyone has room to breathe, can take better pictures, and has a more serene time in the air.
It can be uncomfortable to stand for an hour in a small place. Our baskets are big and well-organized so that everyone can see clearly and have a comfortable ride.
Wear clothes that are comfy and layered. The temperature up there is about the same as it is on the ground; however, it can be cool in the mornings. For easy landings, it is best to wear closed-toe shoes.
We want guests to take pictures of the moment. Make sure you utilize a strap or a firm hold; once it's gone, it's gone!
For a safe flight, the weight must be evenly distributed. When you book, please tell us how much you weigh so we can put you in the proper balloon and basket size.
During the busy season, flights, especially sunrise flights and private charters, fill up rapidly. If you book at least 2–3 weeks in advance, you can be sure to get the date and time you choose.
